They gave me the best price out of 4 companies to fix my “closet.” I say “closet” because when I moved in, it was an exposed cinder block area with one shelf being held up by a tension rod. Now it is a usable space and I couldn’t be happier!

To say that you were extremely professional would be fine, but I would be remiss in not adding that your warm and friendly character made the sessions very enjoyable.
There were 3 things that impressed me the most about the service you provided me. That would be your style, your vast knowledge and your very reasonable fees.
You displayed a great deal of knowledge and professionalism in your ability to organize anyone, but your style did it in such a way that your goal was to make it work for me. I know I am probably not your most unorganized client, but I know I am probably running in the top 10. And the way you came in and organized me that allowed me to continue that after you were gone, because you made it work for me, for my style and character, was a true blessing.
Secondly, you impressed me with the knowledge that you not only knew of every different style, shape and size of container that would do the job, but also in where to get it. You had developed over the years, your own ‘tool box’ as it were of the tools of your business.
Lastly, your services were surprisingly very affordable. I thought I would have to get a second job or take out a loan to pay for being organized. But, to my pleasant surprise, it was very reasonable. And you also suggested we take it in 2 four-hour chunks, to allow me time to get used to the new organized me. And if something needed to be modified or change then it would be done on your next visit. You stressed that it has to become natural and a normal process for me, for me to remain organized.
Of course, I forgot to include that you are always available, either by phone or email, should I ever have any questions or if I needed to book another session with you.

The group always loves your ideas. Based on the surveys and comments from a few individually, your presentation was a huge success. Comments from the surveys included their positive response to your quick pace of engaging and organized information. You kept their minds focused on getting organized, along with being sympathetic, and not judgmental, to the disorganized. You provided many helpful, practical tips so the information was simple to understand and follow. They appreciated your sharing real life situations along with having a good sense of humor. And, of course, your visuals were a wonderful addition. One woman said you were “awesome!” Naturally, they wanted additional time with you and also suggested a follow-up workshop.
