Are your holidays stressful? Here’s a hint: Get Organized!!

For and enjoyable and stress free holiday- it might nd corny but make a list (actually several) and check it twice!  If you have a smart phone, that is the place to keep all of your lists!  Evernote is a great free app that will keep all of your info together.  It allows you to type, talk or even take pictures of all of your notes and lists.

We get so busy with the things we think we are supposed to do, that it is easy to lose sight of the joy of the holidays.  As you create your lists (menus, gifts, to dos, ect.), make sure to only include items that you want and need to do.  The first list should be a timeline so you know you have time for all of your activities.  Be sure to ask for help and delegate any tasks you can.  In the following weeks, I will give other suggestions for a stress free holiday season. Cheers!
